1. Subscription Services

SiteRank operates on a subscription-based model.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.

Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for partial usage of a billing period.
2. One-Time Purchases (Reports)

For one-time SEO reports or services purchased via SiteRank, refunds are not provided once the report has been generated and delivered.

Users are advised to review service descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be granted in the following situations:

Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged more than once for the same service.

Technical Failure: If a user is unable to access services due to a verified technical issue on our platform.

Discretionary Refunds: In exceptional cases, SiteRank may provide a refund at its sole discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Failure to use the service during an active subscription.

Service disruptions caused by third-party providers or user’s own technical issues.
5. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted by emailing [email protected] within 7 business days of the payment date.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source only.
6. Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India, and disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Patna, Bihar courts.
